RN supervision of caregivers without medication management EPIC’s Level I Caregiver will provide the following services:

• Companionship
• Cooking
• Grocery Shopping
• Light housekeeping
• Meal planning
• Personal care (i.e., bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance)

RN supervision of caregivers with medication management. EPIC’s Level II Caregiver will provide the following services:

• Level 1 Services, plus
• Medication administration
• Transportation (medical appointments, shopping store)

Complex care provided by RN and caregivers that hold a CMT certification. EPIC’s Level III Caregiver with RN delegation will provide the following services:

• Levels 1 & 2 Services, plus
• Diabetic care
• Tube feeding
• Use of oxygen
• Wound care
